Pemeriksaan desain
- Ballroom shown as one open volume (partition opened out). Booths, buffet and FOH removed at the client's request — the full floor is the guest area.
- Registration and the foyer booths sit OUTSIDE the ballroom, in the pre-function area — only the 5 Thamrin 2 booths are inside.
- 10 × 1.8 m rounds, 10 seats each = 100 pax, in the 5 × 2 grid the brief draws.
- Corner tables sit ~59° off the stage centre-line, outside the ±45° full-view limit. Inherent to a side stage in a 27 m-wide room — sell those 4 tables as side view, or angle the stage.
- Audio: point-source L/R + 2 double-18 subs + 3 front fills (delayed 21 ms). No delay ring needed — the hall is only 14.2 m deep and the mains throw 44.7 m.
- RT60 ≈ 1.04 s (carpet + drape) — workable for speech, but keep coverage tight rather than loud.
- Lighting: 18 m FOH truss + 10 m stage truss at 3.6 m trim, 8 profiles + 4 movers + 6 wash + 12 uplighters. 1 DMX universe (400/512), 7.8 kW balanced across 3 phases.
- The 4.1 m ceiling caps front light at ~25° instead of the ideal 45°, so faces will read flat — compensate with backlight and keep the LED bright.
- Grid spread to fill the open floor: 4.5 m across, 5.0 m between rows, front row 4.7 m off the stage lip.
